Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

This website, hotellobbyaivideo.live, provides an AI video tool designed to turn two authorized adult portrait photos into a Hotel Lobby-style performance video. Results are synthetic, not recordings of real performances, and may contain errors. Original commercial music and third-party endorsements are not included.

The configured underlying video model is ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Mini, accessed through KIE API, with model identifier bytedance/seedance-2-mini. We operate an independent website, not an official ByteDance or KIE product. See the model provider documentation.

Current availability: video generation and checkout are disabled while production payments and input/output safety checks are being completed. Selecting photos currently creates a local browser preview; it does not start generation or a purchase. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old. Upload only photos you own or are authorized to use, depicting consenting adults. Obtain each person's informed permission for AI animation and any distribution. Do not present generated performances as real events or endorsements. Clearly disclose that videos are AI-generated when sharing them.

Six prohibited content categories

These rules apply to uploaded photos, prompts, generated videos and their use. You must not request, create, upload or distribute:

1. Pornography / NSFW: sexual acts, explicit nudity, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
2. Violence / gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, threats, or content encouraging violence or self-harm.
3. Hate speech: content promoting discrimination, dehumanization, harassment or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
4. Child-unsafe content: sexualization, exploitation, abuse or endangerment of minors, including synthetic depictions. This tool does not permit photos or depictions of minors.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive or non-consensual use of another person's likeness; fraud, false endorsements, or impersonation of celebrities, political figures or private individuals. Authorized, clearly labeled AI animation of consenting adults does not authorize misleading distribution.
6. Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected photos, music, characters, logos or brands, or material that infringes intellectual property or falsely suggests affiliation.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Moderation and current safeguards

Current technical safeguards include a fixed generation prompt, photo type/size checks, authenticated access to stored results, and disabled public generation and checkout. These checks are not semantic content moderation. The generation request is configured to request a provider NSFW check; its effectiveness has not yet been verified and it is not a substitute for platform moderation.

The server now integrates Waffo Prompt Sift to check the exact text instructions before any video credit is reserved or photos are sent to KIE. Only an explicit allowed verdict with successful semantic scoring can proceed; a blocked, review-required, malformed or failed check stops generation without consuming a credit. Redacted decisions and a prompt hash are recorded privately, without the original prompt text. Production credentials and a real API check are still pending, so this integration has not yet been verified live. Text checking does not inspect the uploaded photos or generated video.

Before opening generation, we require safety review of the generation instructions and uploaded photos before submission, and review of generated video before display or download. Flagged or uncertain content must be withheld for human review; failed safety checks must not proceed to generation or delivery. We have not yet verified this complete input/output moderation pipeline, so generation remains unavailable. There is no public user gallery on this website.

Reporting, enforcement and appeals

Report prohibited content, impersonation, child-safety concerns or intellectual-property complaints to support@hotellobbyaivideo.live. Include the page URL or task ID, the concern and sufficient evidence; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive or explicit material.

Reports are handled through manual review by the website operator. On receiving a substantiated report, the operator may reject or halt a request, withdraw access to stored material, remove violating content, or restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated misuse. Suspected illegal content may be reported to competent authorities where required by law. We consider severity, evidence and risk, and do not promise automated detection of every violation.

To appeal a decision, email the same address with the subject "Content appeal", the task ID or decision reference, and your explanation. The operator reviews the available evidence and may restore access if the decision was mistaken. Emergency safety restrictions may remain during review. Moderation deployment must include records of automated verdicts and human decisions before generation is enabled.

Payment and Billing

The displayed video packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions: USD 8.99 for 1 video, USD 24.99 for 3 videos, and USD 48.99 for 10 videos. Checkout is currently unavailable. When enabled, the final checkout shows the amount and any applicable taxes before payment. You are responsible for accurate billing information. For billing problems or refund requests, contact support@hotellobbyaivideo.live. Requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights; these terms do not waive mandatory refund rights. A returned video credit for a confirmed failed generation is not a cash refund.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.

The optional payment test page is a sandbox: simulated payments only create isolated test orders and credits. Test credits cannot be used for video generation and do not represent a real purchase. Public production checkout and video generation remain unavailable.
